Bushwood HVAC was created in 2010 by four partners who owned numerous rental properties in the Atlanta area. Tired of being charged “premium” pricing for labor and parts, the idea to start their own company was born.

We have experience coordinating with tenants for service and with third party billing. We will treat your rental property with the same care we treat your personal residence.
